Job description

Customer Service Support Analyst

Working directly with some fantastic global enterprises, our client is looking for a Customer Service Agent who is an exceptional relationship builder and understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. Along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will also enjoy being part of a team and playing a pivotal role in delivering first line support.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Being the first point of contact for mobile queries and faults
  • Monitoring, auctioning and logging requests
  • Providing mobile fault diagnosis and resolution
  • Following appropriate escalation path
  • Liaising directly with telecommunication services and network providers
  • Proactively monitoring data
  • Ensuring customer data is kept up to date

Although previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, your proactive attitude, excellent communication skills and motivation are more important.

Our client is based in Malvern and this role is office based.

Salary £22 - c£25k (depending on experience)
