Senior Business Analyst
Location: Kidderminster
About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst with Product Owner skills to join our growing team. You'll take charge of collecting data, documenting requirements, and driving process improvements while acting as a product owner for specific features. Collaborating with teams across the business, you'll help deliver software solutions that provide real value to customers.
What You'll Do:
- Act as a Product Owner.
- Lead discovery processes, uncover product improvement opportunities, and propose customer-focused solutions.
- Write and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira tickets, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage the strategic roadmap and liaise with internal and external partners.
- Prepare and review test procedures, reports, and user acceptance testing documentation.
- Analyse feedback on delivered features and iterate solutions to meet customer needs.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and data queries to support internal processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a BA or Product Owner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and relevant tools (e.g., Jira, SQL, MS Excel).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A natural aptitude for turning data, research, and feedback into actionable solutions.
