Hello, I’m William and I started my recruitment journey back in 2022, pivoting away from the unsocial environment that comes in tow with hospitality management. I haven’t looked back since!
I joined Hewett team at the start of 2024 to specialise in Engineering recruitment across the 3 counties. My recruitment background consists of a mixture of Finance and Engineering across public and private sectors, which would cover anything from Director to Shopfloor.
I was inspired by the Hewett’s approach to recruitment, putting quality of service as the number one priority, which resonated with me massively. Outside of work I’m a big foodie, I’ll happily drive unnecessary distances to try new places to eat. I also can’t get enough of the outdoors, often going on overnight hikes and camping when the UK weather permits.
