Product Analyst - Hybrid (Winchester)

We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of product development, bridging the gap between customer needs and cutting-edge technology. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to drive value, enhance user experiences, and shape the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for product improvements.
Support the Product Team with discovery, feature exploration, and user testing.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and shape the product roadmap.
Manage customer feedback and assist in product launches.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like DevOps or JIRA.
Experience in B2B and B2C user experience and design.
Strong data analysis skills with experience using various product tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
