She initially made contact to me via my mobile and then via MS Teams(video call) where we went through the job description, Kate answered any questions I had and then contacted the potential employer to query anything she wasn't certain of, or that was unclear in the job description.
Kate was not in the office on the day of my interview and so asked her colleague to contact me and check in with how it had gone.
