Production Operative

We are looking for Production Operatives for our client based on the outskirts of Kidderminster.

This Production Operative role will involve:

• Producing products for construction industry
• Working in a repetitive production environment
• The environment will be dirty and dusty and physically demanding
• Full PPE to be worn - this will be provided
• Working in hot and cold conditions all year round

Requirements for this Production Operative role:

• Previous factory experience
• Physically fit due to demanding tasks within the role
• Reliable and excellent time keeping
• Committed and hard working

Hours -

Monday to Wednesday: 6am - 6pm

Thursday: 6am - 4:30pm

Friday: Off (Option for occasional overtime)

Pay - £12 per hour (Rising after 12 weeks)

Transport is essential due to rural location outside of Kidderminster and lack of public transport.

This is an ongoing role with the option for the suitable candidate to gain a permanent role within the business.
