Sales Administrator

Office Working in Worcester

8:30am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Temporary assignment that would become permanent based upon performance/company fit.

Pay rate: £12.82 per hour with weekly pay

This role is perfect for those wanting to start a career in sales or already have light experience. There is room for growth, and they are looking for someone to eventually join the sales team.

Our client is seeking a confident and personable candidate on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be responsible fo working with the sales team and customers and providing excellent customer service.

Sales Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Offer and provide information about the services offered and answer any questions.
  • Engage with callers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout all interactions.
  • Work with the sales team providing support and assistance when needed.

Sills and Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and confidence with outbound calling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in Sage 200 would be beneficial
