Anthony Andrews

Hello, I’m Anthony and I’ve been a Recruiter since 2007.  I joined Hewett Recruitment in 2009 to work within our specialist Commercial Team and I’m now a Senior Consultant.  Although I’m now very experienced I haven’t stopped learning, continually broadening my knowledge and developing my skill set to include Executive Search and Selection and large multi-vacancy recruitment projects.

My job is exceptionally varied and I’m constantly working on new challenges.  I’m very lucky to get to meet and work with some truly talented and interesting people who really do make my job so enjoyable and fulfilling.  I like to help people to grow professionally, whether that be their first step on to the career ladder or a significant upward progression, the challenges are very similar and for me it is all about getting to know the people I work with.

Specific areas of expertise include HR, Finance, Customer Services, Sales and Marketing, Administrative and Secretarial, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Supply Chain and Warehouse and Distribution.  I am experienced in recruiting across all levels to include Senior and Executive level roles and I hold the Certificate in Recruitment Practice from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
