Cost: We charge a £500 (plus VAT) fee upfront when a company commits to the Exclusive solution, plus any additional specialist marketing costs as agreed. This ensures complete commitment from both sides and the £500 is then deducted from the final fee. This is calculated at 20% plus VAT as per the 'Contingency' solution and includes the 10 week guarantee period.
3. Retained Recruitment
