Rachael Walsh

I joined Hewett Recruitment in early 2024, following a move to Worcester. With over 5 years of experience in marketing, including more than 2 years in recruitment marketing, I play a key role in supporting our Specialist Divisions. My day-to-day responsibilities involve implementing marketing strategies across various channels to promote roles, clients, and new opportunities to both active and passive audiences.

Collaborating closely with Consultants, I assist in enhancing their personal brands and work towards improving our online presence company-wide. Additionally, I actively contribute to Hewett Recruitment's participation in regional events and exhibitions, such as Careers Fairs, CV Writing workshops, and Business Expos, thereby making a positive impact on the wider community.

I find great satisfaction in working with a team of friendly and positive individuals, and I thrive in the fast-paced recruitment environment that presents new and exciting challenges each day.
