Insurance Administrator (16 hours per week)

My client are a small, friendly Insurance Brokers office seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Insurance Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and assisting with incoming/outgoing correspondence via email and post

  • General office administration

  • Handling insurance administration, including processing new business, MTAs (Mid-Term Adjustments), and renewals

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Stay calm and organized under pressure in a busy environment

  • Strong administrative and IT skills

Desirable Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry

  • Familiarity with Acturis (insurance software)
