Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer ready to hit the ground running? We're looking for a proactive and skilled contractor to provide hands-on IT support within a dynamic organisation based in Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-user support across a range of Windows environments

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

• Support and maintain network infrastructure

• Assist with cloud migration projects and ongoing cloud environment management (Azure/AWS)

• Maintain up-to-date IT documentation and user guidance materials

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless IT operations

Requirements:

• Proven IT support experience, particularly within Windows-based environments

• A Passion for Tech, We would consider a graduate or junior candidate

• Solid understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
