Sales Support/Customer Services Administrator
Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent administrative skills? Do you thrive in a customer-focused environment? Our client is seeking a Sales Support/Customer Services Adminstrator to join their Aftermarket Customer Excellence Team.
Salary & Location for Customer Service Administrator
Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
Location : Evesham - WR11 1JH
(Flexibility to work from home after training)
Timings : 08:30 to 16:30 (30 minutes of unpaid break)
Working : 37.5 hours a week
About the Role - Sales Support/Customer Services Administrator:
As a Sales Support/Customer Services/Aftermarket Administrator, you'll provide critical administrative support to customers, suppliers, and colleagues on a global basis. You'll be responsible for processing orders, preparing quotations, coordinating with purchasing, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within our aftermarket department.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Support/Customer Services Administrator :
- Process and expedite customer orders
- Generate quotations and prepare invoices
- Schedule and coordinate picklists
- Maintain business systems with up-to-date information
- Support licensee companies
- Provide administrative assistance via various communication channels
What We're Looking For:
- Proven administrative experience, particularly with quotations, orders, and invoicing
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Oracle-based ERP systems (advantageous)
