The Role

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Deliver insightful, accurate and timely business information and financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Financial and management accounting services
• Support the development and implementation of robust financial frameworks that meet statutory and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
• Contribute to the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing finance team.
• Lead on projects that align with strategic objectives and promote innovation and best practice.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience in a similar senior finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A track record of managing teams and delivering results.
• Expertise in accounting regulations and compliance.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial systems.

Desirable:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Recent project delivery success and advanced systems knowledge.
