About the Role

In this pivotal position, you'll take a proactive lead in overseeing day-to-day IT operations while also contributing to the strategic direction of the organisation's technology landscape. Blending hands-on technical work with oversight responsibilities, you'll collaborate across departments to ensure infrastructure, security, and systems align with business needs and evolving industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain reliable IT services, including infrastructure, user support, and device management

• Coordinate and drive the full lifecycle of technical projects, from initial planning through to successful delivery

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on IT and cybersecurity matters to both internal teams and clients

• Continuously assess systems and processes, recommending upgrades or enhancements where needed

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in IT Administration and infrastructure

• Solid knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, and cyber

• Experience with project management and stakeholder communication

• Proficient in Office 365, MDM, microsoft, google, apple
