My client is a well-established FMCG company that manufacturers food-based products. As a Technical Manager, your role will focus on driving factory standards, driving continuous improvement activities and develop a high performing technical team.

Technical Manager Responsibilities;
- Build & Lead a high performing technical team
- HACCP Team Lader - own HACCP
- Drive continuous improvement activities
- Assist with the conducting of audits
- Develop and drive factory standards to ensure food safety

Technical Manager Experience;
- Previous experience working in a Technical Manager or equivalent position
- HACCP Level 4
- Experience working in a high care/high risk factory environment
- Experienced with audits
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Must be a team player

Based in Evesham this Technical Manager opportunity offers a salary up to £70,000 and is commutable from Ledbury, Malvern, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Worcester.
