Job description
The Role
An opportunity with a small but established business that is continuing to grow and gain market share.
As a Telesales Advisor, you will join a small, friendly and supportive team and be the first point of contact for all customers. You would be booking Sales Appointments for the Field Sales Team, and this will involve incoming and outgoing telephone calls, responding to enquries. All leads are warm, so there is no cold calling involved in this role.
It is a very busy team, managing a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
Please note, it is a requirement of this job to work every Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm and 2 days in the week 9am to 6pm.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Turning enquiries into appointments and schedule to the field sales team.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer information on the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointment's made.
- Maximize post appointment sales opportunities and follow up on quotation requests.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience within an Outbound Sales/Telemarketing role.
- Engaging and confident telephone manner including excellent communication skills across all levels of business.
- Resiliency and determination as well as the ability to handle and learn from rejection.
- Ambitious, competitive, and confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Eagerness and willingness to develop and learn.
£24,000 annual salary (FTE) + generous bonus.
Based near Droitwich. Own transport is essential.
Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm + 2 days in the week 9am to 6pm.
