Free 1-2-1 Workforce Planning Business Support
Hewett Recruitment and The Worcestershire Growth Hub are pleased to announce that its Professional Business Advisors programme will continue for a fourth wave, with Hewett as Strategic Workforce Planning Business Advisors.
The Professional Business Advisors is a free programme offering 1-2-1 specialist advice, guidance or services to Worcestershire-based businesses. Businesses can access support in various areas, including workforce planning, IT systems, financial advice, marketing, sustainability and more.
The support programme is available for all businesses, regardless of their size and sector. The success of the Professional Business Advisors scheme has been recognised across the county and so far over 600 businesses have accessed the scheme since its 2020 release during the pandemic crisis.
The support has been proven to be very helpful for many organisations with some leaving feedback such as “great service and advice along the whole journey”, “excellent initiative”, "as a novice it was most helpful to have that free insight”, “very helpful and informative”.
In partnership with The Worcestershire Growth Hub, the Hewett Recruitment team are excited to build off the success of the scheme and deliver Phase 4 and to help even more Worcestershire businesses.
