Account Executive - Commercial Insurance
Location: Worcestershire/ Gloucestershire/ Warwickshire (hybrid)
Salary: Competeitve depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time


Are you an experienced and driven Account Executive looking for your next opportunity in the commercial insurance sector? Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an established portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and offering exceptional service at all times.

  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals to drive growth.

  • Negotiate competitive quotes and terms with insurers, securing the best coverage for your clients.

  • Prepare and present proposals for new business and renewals.

  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, regulations, and products to provide informed advice.

  • Build strong relationships with both clients and insurers.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience within commercial insurance broking.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and learning.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.

  • A passion for career progression within commercial insurance.

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; further education or insurance-related qualifications are a plus.

  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.

  • Experience using Acturis insurance software (preferred but not essential).

  • Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential.
