Location: Covering Suffolk, Norfolk, Berkshire, East Sussex, Essex, and Kent
Salary: £34,435.00 + OTE + Company car + laptop and phone

Our client, a well-established market leader in postural care and management, is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join their team. You will be part of a company passionate about delivering exceptional service to its customers. Following a comprehensive training and work shadowing program, you will become an expert in the products you are selling and confident in liaising with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and build upon existing client relationships
• Source new leads to achieve sales targets
• Manage your own diary and respond to customer communications promptly
• Become a product expert after training, able to fully demonstrate the product portfolio to clinicians, carers, families, and end users
• Represent the business, its products, and services at trade events
• Accurately use and update the CRM system
• Conduct market research and analysis as required

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a consultative sales role
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Self-starter who can manage own time, diary, and journey planning
• Organised and confident in managing own administration
• Proactive with a willingness to build on existing skills and experience

Candidates should be within an accessible commute to Suffolk, Norfolk, Berkshire, East Sussex, Essex, and Kent, and be prepared for occasional overnight stays as required.
