Part of the Specsavers group, Vision Labs is a manufacturing facility situated in Kidderminster, producing prescription lenses for over 900 UK Specsavers stores throughout the UK.
50000 lenses produced each week using the latest equipment. Employing over 350 people working on a 24/7 basis.
The facility is built up of a 4,300 sqm of production space across 2 departments; surfacing and coating.
Many of the Temporary opportunities at Vision Labs have the potential to turn into Permanent placements, with 49 people being taken on permanently in the last 12 months.
Our Industrial team have built a reputation for supplying good quality and reliable individuals to the companies over a number of years. Vision Labs, who are part of the Specsavers group, rely on Hewett Recruitment to find temporary workers to cover the variety of roles such as Assembly and Production Operatives within the Kidderminster based organisation.

What is it like to work for the Specsavers Group, Kidderminster?
To register as a Temp with Hewett, you should initially call the office on 01562 69090 to book an appointment.
The team will take you through the registration process, the onboarding assessments and how you videos of the role and environment at IGS.
The team will carefully guide you through the entire process, fully supporting you along the way.
We will fully brief you on the role and what to expect at the Vision Labs interview, providing tips and advice.
Interview at Vision Labs with a Shift Leader, walking around the site so you can see the environment and ask any questions.
