Some key responsibilities and duties will include (but not limited to):

• Managing a small portfolio of commercial clients, delivering exceptional personal service.
• Understanding clients' business operations to identify their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Preparing and presenting new business and renewal quotations.
• Prospecting and networking to develop new business opportunities.
• Meeting individual sales and income growth targets.
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers.
• Negotiating terms with insurers to secure the best coverage and competitive quotes.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and products to offer informed advice.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working within the commercial insurance sector - essential
• Passion for developing a career in commercial insurance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Excellent customer facing and relationship building skills
• Able to work both independently and within a team.
• Full driving licence and own transport

Based in Evesham, our client is offering a basic salary of up to £27 / £28k (depending on experience) plus excellent additional benefits. Full mentoring and training will be offered.
