A leading training provider is seeking a Software Development Coach to mentor and support learners across the West Midlands. This role focuses on coaching apprentices at Levels 3, 4, and 6, helping them develop technical and professional skills.

Software Development Coach Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor a caseload of software development apprentices.
• Use your background in Software Development to deliver engaging, work-based training using flipped classroom and blended learning approaches.
• Support learners with technical skills development and industry certifications.
• Work with employers and mentors to track progress and ensure successful completion.

Software Development Coach Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in IT, software development, or a related field.
• Industry experience in software development, with particularly familiarity with Microsoft technologies (e.g. C#.Net, Azure, Power Platform, GitHub Copilot).
• Strong coaching, teaching, or mentoring capabilities.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.

Software Development Coach Desirable:

• Experience in apprenticeship training or instructional design.
• Knowledge of VLE platforms (e.g. Totara, Moodle).

This Software Development Coach is a full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £35,000 - £45,000, a hybrid working model, and benefits including company pension, sick pay, and remote work options.
