Customer Service Administrator

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Processing sales orders for both existing and new customers
Answering customer queries on the phone and email
Ensuring all paperwork and processes are adhered to, meeting customer service expectations
Managing customers' expectations and communicating with regards to their orders
Actively engaging and supporting outstanding customer service throughout the whole customer journey
Liaising with internal departments (production, despatch, accounts)
Skills and experience required:
A proactive, positive attitude and ability to use own initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An ability to multi task and prioritise workload
An ability work in a busy, sometimes pressured environment
Confident in Microsoft Office packages and CRM databases
Excellent attention to detail and data entry experience
Based in Ledbury, salary depending o experience
Hours of work - Mon - Thurs - 8.30 - 5pm and Fri - 8.30 - 4.30pm
