Are you detail-oriented and technically minded, with a knack for ensuring data accuracy? Our client is looking for a Data Entry Operator to play a crucial role in cross-referencing, reviewing, and correcting data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-referencing and correcting data across systems to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Reviewing data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and addressing any errors.
• Escalating data errors to relevant teams as needed.
• Upholding data confidentiality principles and handling sensitive information responsibly.
• Communicating effectively with internal teams, responding to queries and delivering work promptly.
• Working within a cross-functional team with a solutions-focused approach.

About You:

We're looking for a motivated, detail-focused individual who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in data input, review, and correction.
• A technical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and CRM systems.
• Confident understanding of Excel
• Solid understanding of basic business processes.
