Executive Assistant
If you are you an exceptionally organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant, this could be a fantastic opportunity to provide high level support to the Directors / Senior Management team.
This is a key role within the senior tier of the organisation and is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding attention to detail, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. You'll be the go-to person for critical business support, helping to keep day to day operations smooth and the leadership focused.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Coordinate Board and Management meetings: schedule, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions
- Manage executive diaries and appointments
- Organise overseas travel
- Prepare presentations and write reports for senior stakeholders
- Collate and circulate monthly business reports
- Organise domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handle visitor logistics and hospitality
- Manage office filing systems and general administration
- Support company vehicle and insurance needs
- Liaise with HR on internal communications and company news
- Plan internal and external events
- Provide occasional support with personal diaries for the executive team
Key skills and experience:
- Proven success in a senior-level Executive Assistant role
- Strong experience managing executive calendars and board-level meetings
- Travel planning and high-level administrative coordination
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High level of professional and confidentiality
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
