Head of Operations
Location: Kidderminster
Salary: £100,000, plus benefits
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Are you ready to take the reins of a dynamic manufacturing and distribution operation? Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic leader to step into the role of Head of Operations. The Role
As Head of Operations, you'll be responsible for the strategic development and operational performance of key UK and EU sites. Reporting directly to the Director of UK Manufacturing Operations, you will oversee a team of four direct reports and work collaboratively across the organisation to achieve exceptional service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the site.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.
- Champion employee engagement and foster an inclusive, people-centred culture.
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance while promoting innovative processes.
- Deliver operational excellence by maintaining capacity above agreed safety levels.
What You'll Need
Our client is seeking someone with strong leadership and commercial acumen, who can engage and inspire teams while managing operational and financial performance. You will have demonstrable experience of working within the manufacturing and distribution sectors, delivering a large volume of high quality consumer products.
