We're working with an established and growing business in the automotive sector who are looking for a Junior Logistics Manager to support their busy warehouse operation in Worcester.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of a dynamic warehouse, including goods in/out and stock control.
• Overseeing inventory processes like stock takes, cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinating with suppliers, couriers and internal teams to manage the flow of goods.
• Helping drive warehouse efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Getting involved with the implementation of new Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Providing leadership and support to warehouse staff, including training and supervision.
• Analysing logistics data and producing reports to assist in decision-making.
• Being hands-on when needed to support the warehouse floor.

What we're looking for:

• Some experience in a warehouse or logistics environment - ideally within manufacturing or automotive.
• A good understanding of stock management, supply chain operations and logistics software.
• Proactive, organised, and keen to learn - this role offers progression!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and meeting deadlines.
• Health & safety awareness in a warehouse environment.
• Confident with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).

Bonus if you have a forklift truck (FLT) licence and/or a relevant qualification in logistics or supply chain - but not essential.
