4on 4 off 12 hour shifts but choice of days or nights only, no rotating shifts

A large client based near Evesham is currently seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their business. The client is involved in fresh food produce and so experience in this particular environment is highly sought after, although not essential - working in packaging environment is also appreciated.

As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will assist with reactive maintenance, PPM and assisting with repairing production machinery to ensure that production downtime is kept to a minimum. You will fault find, repair breakdowns to keep the efficiency to a maximum potential, conduct PPM activities, work with HACCP principles and be a part of a large team.

Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

• Service and repair of production machinery
• Reactive maintenance & Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Implementing continuous improvement projects
• Understand and implement HACCP principles
• Providing technical support to factory operators

Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• Experience in fresh food produce environment preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Fault finding experience is essential
• Must be willing to learn new skills and be keen to progress
• Work well within a team
