My client is a specialist manufacturer that designs, manufactures, and supplies a range of products. As a Process Engineer, your role will focus on managing the NPI lifecycle, managing production processes and resolving manufacturing issues.

Process Engineer Responsibilities;
- Interpret and analysing technical engineering drawings
- Resolve any design or manufacturing challenges
- Review manufacturing production processes
- Provide technical support to manufacturing operations
- Apply Lean manufacturing techniques
- Use root cause analysis techniques such as 5Y's

Process Engineer Requirements;
- HND or equivalent qualification in either Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing engineering
- Previous experience working in process development and tooling would be advantageous
- Experienced in using Solidworks CAD software
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing processes would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills are a must
