Production Operative

Production Operative - Temp to Perm!

We have an excellent opportunity located in the heart of Kidderminster.

Duties will Include:

• Carry out daily activities as director by Cell Leader
• Manufacturing, producing, assembling and finishing products in accordance with approved methods of manufacture
• Ensure work stations and environment is always in a fit for purpose state, meaning clean, safe and maintained
• Escalating equipment and facility faults to Cell Supervision
• Some roles in various departments may involve working with hazardous materials
• Responsible for own PPE and ensure own training is updated regularly
• Conducting tasks in line with standards, procedure and manuals, and taking personal responsibility to ensure processes are followed

Requirements:

• Self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure
• Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
• Mature and professional attitude necessary and ability to follow instructions
• Methodical and thorough approach

Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Thursday / 7:30 - 2:30pm Friday

Pay: £12 per hour.
