Location: Droitwich

Hours: Rotating days, patterns are - Mon -Thurs 5.45am to 13.45pm, Fri 5.45am to 11.45am. Mon - Thurs 2pm to 10pm, Fri 12.00pm to 19.05pm

Pay: £12.92 per hour.

As a Grit Blaster, you will be responsible for:

• Using high-pressure blasting equipment to clean and prepare metal components
• Removing surface imperfections to ensure a high-quality finish
• Working with precision to meet strict quality standards
• Following detailed manufacturing processes and safety guidelines

Grit Blaster Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, as the role involves handling blasting equipment
• Good attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in grit blasting, shot blasting, or similar roles is beneficial but not essential - full training provided
