Agile Delivery Manager
This is your chance to become an Agile Delivery Manager at a successful software development company that provides high quality software for their specialist market. My client develops high quality software applications for their customers and are keen to bring in a new Agile Delivery Manager to strengthen the team that delivers a key product. You will be responsible for ensuring that squads manage scope, SLAs, budget and quality, leading the delivery of a great squad to support growth and continue to explore new technologies.
Agile Delivery Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the progress of project work
- Drive ongoing improvement by enabling continuous improvement
- Communications to all stakeholders, internal and external
- Realistic and regular expectation setting and negotiation
- Creation of deployment systems and processes
- Risk mitigation
- Focus on results and desired outcomes and how best to achieve them
Agile Delivery Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a similar role as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager
- Experience working in any software development team role
- Experience working with agile delivery methods
- Experience working with a cross-functional software development team
Any formal Scrum Master qualifications such as CSM or PSM would be advantageous and it is expected that you will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
