Business Analyst - Hybrid (Worcester)

Are you a problem-solver who thrives on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions? We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in a major technology modernisation initiative.

About the Role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll analyse systems, identify areas for improvement, and gather both technical and non-functional requirements to drive change. You'll collaborate closely with software engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure our solutions deliver real value.

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week in our Worcester office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse current processes and design future state improvements.
  • Gather and translate technical requirements into user stories.
  • Support technology modernisation projects and system evolution.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
  • Manage project scope while balancing stakeholder expectations.
  • Define and maintain service level objectives (SLOs).
  • Conduct risk analysis and comparative assessments to optimise solutions.
