Computer Hardware Repair Technician

Our client based in Droitwich are looking for Computer Hardware Repair Technicians to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

Duties of this Computer Hardware Repair Technician will be:

• Full diagnostics of IT equipment from start to finish
• Conduct full repairs of computer hardware
• Warehouse duties including picking of stock
• Locating stock on system for clients
• Using in-house portal to monitor stock on site
• Admin duties such as, liaising with clients, emails and use of spreadsheets
• Ordering parts and liaising with customers on pricing

We are looking for suitable candidates who have experience in conducting diagnostics of various IT equipment, whether this be for large corporate clients or individual customers with household equipment.

Computer Hardware Repair Technician Candidate Requirements:

• Have proven experience within a similar IT repair role
• Understanding of confidentiality as sensitive data is processed on site
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
• Personable and professional when communicating with clients
• Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous as this can be a physical role

Hours: 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 DOE
