Responsible Sourcing Administration Executive

Our client is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to support the Group Responsible Sourcing team. This role is key to supporting the Group Responsible Sourcing function in its mission to monitor and report on their human rights, animal welfare, environmental, and sustainability performance. You'll play a crucial part in gathering data, maintaining accurate records, and working with multiple departments to ensure compliance and support key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Maintaining and updating Responsible Sourcing databases, ensuring accurate information is always available. Areas will include:
- Social Compliance
- Sustainable Commodities
- Health & Safety (H&S) Data
- Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Data
- Human Rights & Modern Slavery Risk Assessment
- Animal Welfare KPIs
- Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with technical and New Product Development teams to ensure accurate product and data is available for annual reporting.
- Supplier Liaison: Communicating with suppliers to gather relevant data and information.
- Research & Analysis: Conducting research on Responsible Sourcing topics, extracting valuable insights and supporting the team with analytics and reports.
- Reporting: Preparing presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings and updates to key stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Providing essential administrative support to the Responsible Sourcing function as needed, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
Skills and experience required:
- Confident at extracting and analysing data
- A willingness to undertake Market Research
- Highly organised and proactive with a confidence to chase required information as required
- Advanced Excel skills are essential
- Exceptional attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Based in the office in Malvern, our client is offering a salary of up to £28k plus excellent additional benefits
