Production Operative- Weekends

We are recruiting a Production Operative for a global leader in manufacturing. This role involves working with metal components, assisting in the casting process, and operating machinery. While some tasks involve working in hot conditions when loading, the role is varied and full training is provided.

As a Production Operative you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the casting and finishing process in the foundry
• Using hoists to lift and move large metal components safely
• Loading and unloading materials
• Operating basic machinery and following strict safety procedures

Foundry Labourer Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-focused environment
• Good attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Counterbalance FLT licence preferred but not essential - training may be available
• Previous experience in a foundry, heavy industry, or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not required, full training provided
