We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a grant programme. Your role will be key in managing the administration of grant processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a professional but friendly environment, has a keen eye for detail, and excels at both face-to-face and phone-based customer service interactions with a diverse range of business professionals.

Project Co-ordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of grant applications, approvals, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure all grant applications meet eligibility criteria and are processed accurately and in compliance with necessary guidelines.
  • Be the main point of contact for applicants, training providers, funding bodies, and internal teams, providing guidance and responding to queries related to the grant programme.
  • Work in adherence to government funding regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely processing of grant payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost care.

Project Co-ordinator Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
