Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be working within a thriving competitive market, delivering great customer conversations to grow profitability and be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Actively contact potential customers to build relationships and grow the business.
  • Account Management: Reach out to existing dormant customer accounts to re-establish contact.
  • Product Communication: Effectively explain and communicate the company's products and information.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Communicate opportunities clearly to other members of the account team to progress the sales process.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the contact management system to accurately record account information, activity, and set future tasks.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain high awareness and knowledge of the industry.
  • Performance Targets: Achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Sales Closure: Follow up on your own quotations to close sales.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of sales experience is essential.
    • B2B sales experience is preferable.
    • Account management experience: 1 year (preferred).
    • Sales experience: 1 year (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Good communication skills with the ability to converse with people at all levels.
    • Experience using Excel.
    • Results-oriented and customer-focused.
    • Open and constructive communicator.
    • Team player who is supportive and cooperative.
