Our client seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience programming, setting, and operating CNC machines, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

CNC Programmer Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines to produce parts and components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Set up and CNC Programmer operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and other machining centers.
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and refine manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and standards.

CNC Programmer Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, with a strong understanding of CNC programming languages. (Ideally Fanuc)
• Proficiency in using CNC programming software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
