Responsibilities:
As an Event Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of client events. This diverse and challenging position includes:
- Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their goals are met with excellence.
- Strategic Direction: Supporting the development and execution of strategic event plans to deliver measurable results.
- Project Management: Overseeing end-to-end event production, ensuring seamless execution on time and within budget.
- Content Development: Crafting engaging and impactful event content to meet client objectives.
- Financial Management: Taking ownership of large budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Resource Management: Leading and motivating teams, while effectively allocating resources to meet project demands.
- Business Development: Identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of our business.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6-7 years' experience in an event production agency.
- Proven expertise in managing large budgets and delivering exceptional results.
- Line management experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- A valid driving license and your own car.
- Availability for national and international travel as required.
Based in Stourbridge.
Up to £65k basic salary + bonus.
Hybrid options available - minimum 2 to 3 days in the office each week.
