Job description
IT Support Graduate - Leominster
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in an IT based subject who wants to progress in a graduate role.
As a successful IT Support Graduate you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the initial point of contact for internal IT-related support requests.
- Maintaining, repairing, and testing IT infrastructure, including end-user computing, smartphones, peripherals, and servers as necessary.
- Providing software support.
- Collaborating with a 3rd party IT support company to resolve more complex issues.
- Assisting with in-house support tasks such as setting up new PCs and fixing jammed printers.
- Liaising between the company and external IT support.
- Make minor amendments to the website using Python
- Assisting with the rollout of new IT System
- Conducting periodic data cleansing
- Keeping a manual asset record of all PCs, laptops, and other devices.
As a successful IT Support Graduate, you should have:
- Experience with Windows.
- Good knowledge of Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good knowledge of PC and peripheral hardware.
- Excellent personable communication skills.

This role requires you to be on-site in Leominster, paying a salary of around £25,000. You must be able to travel to Leominster.
