IT Configuration Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for the configuration of IT equipment. This is a temp-perm role, based in Droitwich for our growing client.

Key responsibilities will be:

• Imaging and Configuration of Desktop, Laptop and Tablet PC's.
• Asset tagging and recording customer specific data.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Teamwork - working together to achieve set daily goals, ensuring the team are working efficiently and helping others where needed.
• From time to time, train other members of staff to ensure quality is maintained
• Working on your feet in a fast paced technical environment

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of computer parts
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and be flexible and action oriented.
• Understanding of PC Architecture
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
• Knowledge of Android/IOS mobile Operating Systems would be beneficial
• CompTIA A+ qualified would be advantageous
• Microsoft 70-697 Configuring Windows 10
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime where needed
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Salary - Up to £24,000.00 per annum (£12.30 per hour)
