The Company

An established and respected local Estate Agency, providing professional services and advice to customers throughout Worcestershire

The Role

As Sales Negotiator / Receptionist you will work within a small but busy team, providing customer focused support for the branch and assisting with progressing all sales.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers are greeted in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assess needs and wants of potential vendors / buyers.
  • Liaising with solicitors, vendors and buyers.
  • Re-negotiating post sales, as and when required.
  • Liaising with Financial Advisors / Mortgage lenders.
  • Sales administration, typing letters, emails and updating records.
  • Be hands on throughout the sales process.
  • Booking viewings and confirming offers to assist the team.

Requirements

  • Previous Estate Agency experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Good all round IT skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner & communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, fully committed & flexible attitude.

Based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.

Salary dependant on experience.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, every other Saturday 9am to 12pm.
