Software Engineer

Software Engineer Key Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality, testable code that follows established principles of clean coding and secure development.
  • Take full ownership of story delivery, ensuring all requirements are met without overcomplicating the process.
  • Manage the deployment of all types of code-new features, configuration changes, bug fixes, and experiments-safely and efficiently into production.
  • Work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative in research, problem-solving, and generating innovative ideas.

Software Engineer Key Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in software engineering, with key expertise in C#, MVC, ASP.Net
  • Solid understanding of API development, CI/CD processes, and experience with DevOps tools.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL) and writing comprehensive unit tests.
  • Familiarity with agile development environments and strong problem-solving abilities.

Software Engineer Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, cloud-native architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP), and containerisation technologies like Azure Kubernetes.
  • Experience working with evolving architectures and knowledge of cloud-native design principles.
