Warehouse Stores Operative

DAYS Materials Stores Operative, located in Worcester.

We currently have an exciting Temp to Perm opportunity for a Warehouse Stores Operative within a company in Worcester. This role is NOT located near any Transport links - so a Driving Licence is Essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issuing parts using the appropriate transaction.
• Storing all goods safely in a logical manner and identifying them clearly.
• Kitting work orders, repetitive schedules, and picking customer orders as required.
• Issue consumables to the shop floor
• Pack items for dispatch.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by Purchasing Coordinator.
• Attending daily start-up meetings.
• Ensuring sufficient packaging material is available to meet the daily production output.
• Assist in loading the packages as carriers arrive to collect them.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS:

• Expereinced operating computers
• Previous exposure to working within a warehouse enviornment with stock control
• Must have a strong attention to detail
• Great communication understanding
• Able to use own initiative, and organised

Pay & Working Hours:

£12.00 per hour

Monday - Friday

Previous Stock Control Experience is ideal.
