As Charity Development Manager, you'll join the Senior Leadership Team with a mission: to drive sustainable income growth that powers the vital work of the charity. By building meaningful relationships, nurturing partnerships, and inspiring support, you will play a key role in ensuring the charity continues to make a genuine, lifelong difference to families in need.
Your Role and Impact

- Represent the charity with pride, raising awareness and expanding our reach through networking, events, and strategic collaborations.
- Deliver on ambitious financial goals while keeping compassion and integrity at the forefront of all you do.
Requirements

- A proven track record in income generation, fundraising, or new business development.
- A strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to turn opportunities into outcomes.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- The resilience and adaptability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
- Sensitivity, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting families in need.
- Must have your own transport.
Experience in the non-profit sector is highly desirable but not essential - what matters most is your commitment to making a difference.
