Your Role and Impact

• Develop and lead an innovative income generation strategy to fund essential services.
• Build strong relationships and deep connections with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Inspire generosity by creating impactful fundraising campaigns and identifying new opportunities for support.
• Represent the charity with pride, raising awareness and expanding our reach through networking, events, and strategic collaborations.
• Deliver on ambitious financial goals while keeping compassion and integrity at the forefront of all you do.

Requirements

• A proven track record in income generation, fundraising, or new business development.

• Sensitivity, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting families in need.
• Must have your own transport.

Experience in the non-profit sector is highly desirable but not essential - what matters most is your commitment to making a difference.

The Details

• Location: Worcester
• Hours: 30 to 34 per week, with flexibility to attend events outside standard hours.
• Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 (FTE).
