Finance Administrator

Office working part-time in Malvern with flexibility in hours.

Temporary until Christmas with potential to be extended.

Pay Rate: £13-£15 per hour depending on experience.

Are you looking for part time work? Is your background in accounting or finance? We are looking for a financial administrator with genralist experience to perform a variety of tasks to cover an absense. This position is to join one of our clients in Malvern on a temporary basis over the busy December period.

Candidate must have experience of working with Xero

Finance Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial transactions, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and assist with financial reporting.
  • Oversee Credit Control, monitor overdue accounts, and liaise with customers for timely payments.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management.

Finance Administrator - Skills & Requirements:

  • Ability to meet high quality standards
  • Attention to detail in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with Excel and Xero
  • Working well under pressure
  • Ability to adapt to bespoke systems.
