Now seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join the team as a Product & Print on Demand Specialist. This dual role combines the strategic elements of product management with the operational oversight of the Print on Demand platform. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for competitive analysis, a strong understanding of ecommerce, and a passion for leveraging data to drive product and sales excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Enhance product metadata to boost search engine visibility.
  • Analyse purchasing patterns to develop and implement effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our POD platform, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients to help them maximize their sales potential through tailored support and innovative solutions.
  • Manage sites for selling designs directly to consumers, enhancing market reach.
  • Prepare regular reports on platform performance and statistics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Licensing Opportunities: Investigate and pursue opportunities for branded merchandise licensing to expand the brand portfolio.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management and/or print on demand operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate across departments.
  • Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital merchandising.

Based in Ludlow, Shropshire. For the right candidate, there is the potential to work from home 2 to 3 days a week after probation has been passed.

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

28 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays).

£30,000 - £35,000 annual salary.
