The Role
Independent Financial Advisor.
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced IFA to join a firmly established Financial Services business, who have exciting plans in place for further growth and expansion.
You will report to the Business Directors and work out of the offices in Droitwich at least 2 days a week. Although hybrid, flexible working options are established and available, you will need to be based within the local, Worcestershire area.
As an Independent Financial Advisor, you will provide exceptional financial planning services to new and existing customers, understanding their need and demands, offering the most appropriate pension and investment advice with complimentary protection options to suit their requirements.
Responsibilities
- To provide pension and retirement planning advice that best suit the client's needs and demands, in accordance with the Consumer Duty.
- To provide advice on whole of market investment strategies to provide good customer outcomes.
- To provide insurance options to complement and protect client's financial planning strategies.
- To conduct face to face client meetings for new business and portfolio reviews, demonstrating recommendations, alternatives and comparisons for all financial planning services offered.
- To ensure knowledge of markets and sectors are continually up to date in order to make recommendations based upon external influencing factors and proactively contact clients to advise of such.
- To engage with trusted partners and professional contacts to promote the business to others.
- To promote all services offered by the company and in particular gain new business for pension and investment products, in association with the Business Development and Marketing team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in an advisory role.
- Qualifications to advise on pensions and investments (CII DipPFS or equivalent).
- The ability to build customer relationships.
- The ability to research options, present recommendations and deliver fact find meetings to clients.
- A flexible attitude to work.
- Must keep up to date with regulations, industry changes and product knowledge.
- Must have access to your own vehicle.
35 Hours per week.
£60,000 + on target earnings.
Based in Droitwich.
